At Esjaysplanner, all of our products are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been processed.

Thank you for shopping with Esjaysplanner! Each of our Print on Demand products is made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at [your support email] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.
